  • Global technical support: IT support delivered through a helpdesk ticketing platform, ensuring timely incident resolution across every office

  • License management: Administration, procurement, and tracking of licenses for platforms such as Microsoft, Google, Adobe, ArcGIS, Canva, Mailchimp, and others

  • Web and social media maintenance: Updating and maintaining the website and managing social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, X)

  • Cybersecurity: Multi-layered security measures, including continuous threat monitoring, critical-system backups, vulnerability management, and staff awareness sessions

  • Tech innovation: Identifying, proposing, and rolling out innovative tools, frameworks, and solutions (including AI and open-source platforms) to optimize operations and accelerate digital transformation
